What’s the difference between Agent Member and Sponsoring Agent?
Agent Members get share links with 30-day exclusive attribution, a directory listing, and the free outreach playbook. Sponsoring Agents get all of that plus featured placement on model home pages for organic visitors (buyers who find NewBuilt on their own). Sponsor slots are capped per area for exclusivity.
How do share links work?
Any agent (member or sponsor) can create a share link for any model. When a buyer clicks your link, a 30-day cookie is set. For those 30 days, you are the only agent that buyer sees on every page — every model, every community, site-wide. The more you share, the more buyers see you.
What are the sponsor tiers?
Founding Sponsors lock in $149/month for as long as their subscription stays active — that price never increases while the subscription continues. Each area is limited to a small number of Founding spots. Once those fill, new sponsors join at the Standard rate of $299/month. Both tiers receive the same features and placement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard anytime. Your access remains through the end of your billing period. If you cancel a Founding spot and re-subscribe later, you return at the current tier price — the locked rate is gone.
How is this different from buying leads on other platforms?
NewBuilt doesn’t sell leads. We don’t collect buyer contact info or sell it to anyone. When you share a link, you’re sending YOUR clients to a clean browsing experience with YOUR name on it. No bidding, no shared leads, no one else calling your buyer.
Will buyers actually use NewBuilt?
NewBuilt is free for buyers — no account, no lead forms, no walls. It’s just a better way to browse model homes than checking 10 different builder websites. As more builders join, buyers have fewer reasons to go anywhere else. You’re giving them something useful, not sending them to another ad platform.
How many agents can sponsor in my area?
Each area is capped at a small number of founding sponsors. This isn’t an ad network where anyone can buy in — it’s exclusivity. Fewer agents means more visibility for each one. Once founding spots fill, new sponsors pay the standard rate.
Are results guaranteed?
No. NewBuilt provides visibility and tools — share links, featured placement, and directory listing. Results depend on platform growth, builder participation, and how actively you use the tools. We don’t guarantee leads, closings, or specific outcomes.
