Scout · Free for licensed agents
Walk a real model home, capture it in the app, and once approved you're the agent buyers see when they find that model on their own. 90 days on that page. Free — no credit card required.
We check your license, then your models go live.

Verify once and both are yours. One of them needs a drive. The other is ready the moment your license clears.
No drive · one link
Get your free link and text it to a buyer before they go tour. Model Walk is free for them — photos and voice notes, room by room, one page per model — with your name, photo and number on the notepad they use inside every model they walk.

One drive · 90 days on that page
Walk a model — one that isn’t on NewBuilt yet, or one that’s gone stale and needs a fresh check. Shoot the rooms the app asks for, submit. Once approved, your card is on that page — 90 days; re-verify, 30 — in front of the buyers, no share needed.

A buyer on a Member’s link sees that Member. That is what the $59 buys.
One thing before you send it: a person checks your license first, so your link goes live after that, not the moment you sign up.
Four steps. One of them is a drive.
Name, brokerage, license. A real person checks it. No credit card required.
Models nobody has captured yet, plus models that have gone stale and need a fresh set of eyes. The list refills — see below.
We prep the specs and the room list; you shoot each room like you would for a friend. Real photos, not renderings — GPS and EXIF prove you were there.
When a buyer finds this model, it's your name, your face, your number on the page — and the call comes to you.

Real models, shot on a phone.
Scout stays free. Member ($59/mo) puts you on every model — sitewide, for everyone you send, 90 days per link.
No model goes live on a script's say-so.
When that window ends, whoever re-verifies the model next earns the following 30. That is how the list keeps refilling.
Your name, photo and number on the model's page. We don't sell leads — ever.
Model homes are the easiest thing in real estate to photograph. A builder already paid a designer to stage every room in it. You are not making something look good — it already does. You are just not getting in its way.
Stand in a corner and shoot toward the room, not from the doorway into a wall. Hold the phone straight — level, not tilted up or down — and the lines of the room stay straight, which is the single thing that separates a photo that looks professional from one that looks like a listing nobody cared about. Turn the lights on even at noon. Shoot the room, not the fixtures.
The bar is not a magazine. The bar is the photos you would text a friend who asked what the house you love actually looks like. That is the whole product: a real model, shot by a real person who stood in it, on a date we can show you. Every rendering on the internet is somebody’s ad. This isn’t.
And that is also why we do not do virtual tours. A 3D walkthrough is a nice thing to look at and a bad way to decide where to live. You learn new construction by standing in it — the ceiling height, the hall width, how loud the great room is. So does your buyer. The photos are here to get them out to the model, not to replace it.
The account takes two minutes. The model’s already standing there.
