NewBuilt does not require accounts, registration, or login for buyers. We collect:
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information from buyers unless you voluntarily submit it via our contact form.
We collect the information you provide at sign-up:

Both cookies contain only a random identifier — no personal data. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings, or use the button below.
We also use standard measurement cookies from Meta and Google to understand whether our own advertising works — for example, whether someone who saw a NewBuilt ad later signed up. These measure our ads; they are not used to sell or share your browsing with anyone, and you can block them with your browser’s settings or any ad blocker without affecting the site.
If you create a free buyer account, you can choose to connect with the agent who shared a link with you and, separately, choose to share your saved-homes list with them. Both are optional and reversible anytime from your Saved Homes page. By default the only thing an agent ever sees is the first name you type in — never your email or phone number. If you want your agent to be able to reach out, you can add a phone or email for them: that too is optional, it is shared only with the one agent you connected with, it is removed automatically when you disconnect, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
Visitor impression data uses one-way cryptographic hashes (SHA-256). These hashes cannot be reversed to identify individual visitors.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. For agent sponsors, this includes your profile information, impression reports, and payment history (Stripe-managed).
California residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Active agent sponsors will be notified via email of material changes.
